Friday, August 18th: It seems we're having a bit of déjà vu- rain and more rain, though tomorrow looks more promising! Lots of happenings around the Twin Cities ~ free movies in the park, numerous farmer's markets, and the St. Paul food truck festival. We're crossing our fingers for drier weekend weather!

Our carpenters are onsite completing some misc. repairs as well as a crew pressure washing building #8.

Chris completed some carpentry repairs.

Thursday, August 17th: Hello!

It seems we're having a bit of déjà vu. Mother Nature is continuing to be uncooperative, but we do have a crew onsite pressing on with the pressure washing of Building #7. Stay tuned if we'll be back onsite tomorrow if things can dry out a bit. Thanks!

Wednesday, August 16th: Good morning!

The crew is taking note from Starship's "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now" and powering through the rain to pressure wash Building #6. It looks like there might be more rain in the forecast for tomorrow so we'll keep you posted when the crews will resume painting. Thanks!

There's a chance also to win tickets to the live broadcast. We can already smell the fried goodness.

The crews are continuing their prep work and painting on Buildings 1-4. They're also pressure washing Building 5 and will wash 6, 7, and 8 on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday one a day respectively.

Marvin utilizes a ladder boost to reach all siding surfaces.

The first step is pressure washing the surfaces so we have a clean slate to work with.

Team Roell is getting the job done!

Thursday, August 3rd: Welcome to the project blog for this summer's painting project at Cobblestone Lake! After much anticipation and thorough deliberation over color schemes, we are ready to roll! We are excited to be a part of the color transformation of your back-to-back style homes as well as the row style homes. We'll be painting all 18 buildings, which includes 138 residences.

The painting will include prep and finishing of: lap siding, shake siding, fascia, pillars, deck fascia, shutters, select window trim, front doors & frames, garage doors & frames, service doors 7 frames, patio door frames, and decorative corbels.

We'll begin your project next week Thursday, 8/10 with pressure washing of the 1st and 2nd buildings. Please continue to check the finishing schedule, posted above as it will have the most current information regarding when we'll be at your building/unit. The route map will soon be updated with the designated buildings #s.

For Pressure Washing: please remove all small belongings/personal items from the exterior of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for pressure washing and painting.

You can find all pertinent project information here on the blog as we'll be updating your page several times a week with progress, pictures, and any changes to the schedule if they come up.

Thank you again for having us and we'll see you next week!
