Thursday, July 27th: Hello and welcome to your project blog for this year's project at Prairie Oaks. We are looking forward to being onsite! The project will include washing and painting select areas on the exterior of your home including: siding, fascia, window trim, door frames, chimney chases, wood railings, entry support pillars and lattice.
We'll begin with pressure washing your buildings tomorrow 7/29. We kindly ask that you move any small and/or personal items from the outside of your home/deck to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing and painting. It is not necessary to completely clear your deck of its contents.
Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces. We anticipate that prep & painting will start on the first building on Monday, July 31st.
Once the crew gets going with prepping and painting, we anticipate the entire project to take approximately 10-14 days to complete, but may be affected by weather. The best way to stay up to date on project status, progress, and any delays is right here on the blog.
Thanks so much and we're looking forward to getting started tomorrow!
