Thursday, June 28th: Good afternoon!

Lots of progress made at 1940 Fernbrook! Today the crew is utilizing the boom on the North side of the building to spray the top accent band 'Pewtar Tankard' from Sherwin Williams. The East side of the building is almost complete with painting the block walls, accents, and awnings.
We appreciate your cooperation to move cars from the parking lot to allow unobstructed accent for the painters and boom.

Wednesday, June 20th: Good afternoon!
We've applied the samples and are moving forward with the Urbane Bronze color for the awnings. We've got quite the lift onsite to reach those upper awning areas and accent bands at the top of the building.

Wednesday, June 13th: Good morning!
We are continuing our pressure washing today. If we can say your building is shaped like a 'C'- they are working on the inner portion of the 'C.'
We are using a turbo tip on our sprayers, which is more than we typically do on say a residential home since the material of the building is much different than typical siding. This allows us to really penetrate and clean the surfaces.
We've also applied samples to two of the awnings with differing colors.
We are using a 'Turbo Tip' sprayer to maximize force used to clean and prep surfaces for painting.
Tape and plastic to cover the entry doors before we prime the awning.

Monday, June 11th: Hello and welcome to the project blog for your upcoming painting project. We'll be starting your project with pressure washing of the building tomorrow, June 12th. Then once the surfaces have dried, we'll be back onsite to begin prepping and painting. Weather permitting, we anticipate we'll be back onsite on Thursday, 6/14. We'll then prep and paint the block and stucco walls, misc. metal surfaces, metal awnings, service doors/frames.
You can stay apprised of project details here on the blog as we'll update with progress, pictures, and any schedule changes if they come up.
Thanks so much for having us and we're looking forward togetting underway this week!
