Greetings and welcome to the official blog for the finishing of the metal railings at Oaks of Mainstreet in Hopkins. We are excited to be onsite with you!
Tuesday, August 1st: Good afternoon! Tonight is National Night Out. It is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and strengthening neighborhood camaraderie. This is all done in an effort to promote safer and more caring places to live. So check out what your neighborhood has planned and join in National Night Out!
The crew has wrapped up your perimeter railing painting. Thank you again for having us and enjoy the rest of your summer!
Monday, July 31st: Good afternoon residents of the Oaks of Mainstreet. We hope you had a great weekend! And just like that we're closing out July and heading into August. Oh how the time flies!
The crew is finishing up the last section of railing today and then your project will be complete. Thank you again for having us. It has been our pleasure sprucing up your perimeter railings! Have a great rest of the summer.

Wednesday, July 26th:
With the pouring of rain we got last night and the showers that are still passing through this morning, the crew will not be onsite today. Thanks and we'll see you tomorrow!
Tuesday, July 25th: Good afternoon! We're only a month away from the 'Big MN Get-Together!' Which foods are you excited for? We're looking forward to the Bowl O-Dough - a bowl of safe-to-eat cookie dough that comes in 4 flavors. It's also been announced that Vanessa Carlton will open for the one and only Stevie Nicks on August 25th.
While you're busy dreaming of all the foods on a stick, the crew is working on priming and painting the perimeter railing/fence today.
Inch by Inch the railings get primed and painted.
Monday, July 24th: Good afternoon residents of Oaks of Mainstreet!
Your project us underway and they have started with prep work of the railings. They'll be scraping, sanding, and spot priming today. Once they've completed the necessary prep they'll begin with priming and then applying the top coat. We anticipate the project will take about a week to a week and a half to complete.
