Tuesday, July 3rd: Good morning residents of Timber Creek!

The passing rain has halted our painting for today and with the holiday tomorrow, the crew will return on Thursday and start at the 24th Building.

We have a skeleton crew in our office the rest of the week as we're spending time with family and enjoying the holiday, but we will resume with daily updates on Monday. Though with clear weather, we anticipate to finish by week's end. Thanks and have a happy and safe 4th of July and a great rest of the week!

Nothing more nostalgic than Ray Charles singing 'America the Beautiful' and the gang playing a night game of baseball.

Thanks and we hope you have a great 4th of July holiday!

Timber PW 2

Nothing beats the heat like pressure washing!

TImber PW

We're pressure washing in advance of painting to prep the surfaces for optimal adhesion.

Thursday, June 15th: Hello residents of Timber Creek and welcome to your project blog! This summer we'll be finishing numerous areas throughout your association: deck trim on the front and rear elevations of your home including rear elevation deck pillars, deck skirts, and entry risers and skirts only.

We'll begin with pressure washing on Friday, June 15th. Once the surfaces have had time to dry, we'll be back onsite to begin the prepping and painting portion of the project. We'll be posting a route map to designate the route our crew will follow when completing your buildings- this will allow you to know when we'll be at your unit. We anticipate the entire project to take 8-12 working days, weather permitting. And we are tentatively planning to begin prepping and painting on the first building on Monday, June 18th.

Thanks so much and we'll see you tomorrow for pressure washing!

I was wondering if we pull the blue tape off when dry, or should we leave on for awhile? Also, curious how long it takes to dry. Thank you so much!

Hi Naomi- Are you by chance at 5101 Fountain Lane N? A pillar at that address was reported to be rotted, so the crew put blue tape to mark the area and they skipped that post. Thanks!
