A former intern throughout her college years, Tieler started her full-time career at Roell in February of 2024 after her graduation from Iowa State University in December of 2023. Continuing her marketing role from her internship, as well as trying her hand in project management.
Outside of work Tieler enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves lake days and going to concerts. As an avid Iowa State Cyclone fan, Tieler loves returning to Ames during football and basketball season when she can for tailgates and games with her family and friends!
