Tuesday, June 4th: Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Waycliffe II in Wayzata! We are looking forward to being onsite!

We are thrilled to be back onsite and prepping and painting 4 of your buildings. We'll begin with pressure washing the 4 buildings on Thursday, 6/6 and will return to begin prepping and painting on Monday, 6/10. For the pressure washing, we kindly ask that you remove all personal items from your deck and small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access during washing. Once the washing is complete you may return items to your deck.

We are anticipating each building to take about 4-6 days to complete. We'll continue to update the schedule posted above as we near start dates for the remaining buildings. Stay tuned here on the blog for project updates, progress photos, and any changes to the schedule should they arise.

Thanks so much for having us back at Waycliffe II and we'll see you on Thursday for pressure washing!
