Becca

Becca hails from Bloomington, Minnesota and completed her undergraduate work at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter. Go Gusties! She began her career in marketing for a hospitality furnishing company and a renowned architecture firm, Perkins+Will. Next, she pivoted to project management roles at several leading SaaS and IoT companies. After 15+ years of working in program management in the technology industry & a brief stint as a stay-at-home parent, Becca was looking for something new. Her primary role is as client experience coordinator/office administrator. She is working to explore other areas within the business with her eye on a future Project Manager title.

Becca spends most of her free time with her husband, Ben, and two children, Dylan and Theo. She enjoys volunteering in her kid’s activities as a Girl Scout troop leader and basketball team manager. She likes training and racing in local running events like the TC 10 Mile each year. She looks forward to planning and decorating for winter holidays and family birthdays – so it was only natural that she took on the Roell Painting employee social events with gusto!
