Jason Schell

Jason joined the Roell Painting team in 2022 to help manage field production and leverage his 15+ years in multi-family property management. Jason brings a wealth of knowledge in numerous facets including the oversight and management of several multi-million-dollar CapEx projects as well as the management in excess of 65 million dollars in property assets across his portfolio of properties.  His familiarity and proficiency in managing large renovation projects made for a seamless transition into his role with the company. 

Outside of work, Jason likes spending time with his wife, Kristi, and their daughters, Alexie and Pearl. Naturally, with two teenage daughters Jason also enjoys target shooting, hunting, and dropping a line in one of the 10,000 Lakes in Minnesota.  A graduate of Stillwater High School, Jason went on to get his degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University. While attending school there, Jason met the love of his life, the NDSU Bison Football team. A love so deep, in fact, that Jason still has season tickets and can be found making the journey to Fargo several times a season to catch a game!
