Wednesday, June 19th: Good morning!

Your project has been completed! It has been a pleasure working with and for everyone throughout this project.

Tuesday, June 11th: Greetings!

Due to poor weather predictions, our crew is unable to preform work onsite today. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and we hope to be back onsite as soon as we can.

Monday, June 10th: Good morning!

It’s a beautiful day to start your project! our crew has been onsite this morning starting the staining portion of this project, they are starting on the east side on the corner of Castleford Drive today and will make their way towards Wimbledon Drive.

Thursday, June 6th: Greetings!

The pressure washing has been completed on the section highlighted above. Due to recent weather, we will be returning Monday 6/10 to start painting. We hope everyone has a great weekend and we’ll see you next week.

Monday, June 3rd: Good morning Residents!

Your project is now underway! Our crew is onsite this morning pressure washing the east side of the property. The yellow rectangle on the map above shows the region that will be completed pressure washing today.

Wednesday, May 29th: Greetings Residents of Colby Lake First!

This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, weather delays, and updates to the finishing schedule.

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing in your association on Monday, 6/3. We kindly request that you please move all personal items / furniture away from railings & under decks for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access. If you do not remove your contents, the crew will skip your unit and you may be subject to additional costs imposed by the management / association.

Pressure washing will commence on the East end of the property and proceed West. We anticipate the entire project in your association will likely take approximately 7 – 10 days to complete, weather permitting. Once the decks have had time to dry, we anticipate returning to the association to begin preparation & staining tasks on Thursday, June 6th.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may return the contents to your deck and enjoy the remainder of the summer.
