301 Clifton – Minneapolis

Project Starting on Friday, September 15th

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at 301 Clifton. We are thrilled to be back onsite!

Monday, September 25th:  Greetings!

Due to the rain today the crew didn’t make it. Tomorrow we will be checking the dampness level of the included substrates before we return to paint

Friday, September 11th: Good morning! 

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at 301 Clifton. We’ll be getting started on Friday, September 15th. 

For your project we’ll be prepping and painting the 2nd floor hallway walls, the north stairwell walls, entry vestibule and some door frame touch ups. 

Please be mindful of wet paint when traversing the building in these areas. We will begin in the North stairwell and then end with door frame touch ups. In total we are anticipating the project to take about 6  working days and bonus! the weather will not be a factor in project completion – thanks!
