Friday, August 30th: Hello and TGIF!
Those roads we drive on the way to the offices and homes we work and live in…somebody built ’em. May we take a moment to reflect on the principles of hard work that make this country great! As we celebrate Labor Day, we’d like to take a moment to recognize our diligent and hard working crews. Oh, and eat some food on a stick too. Happy Labor Day every one!
The crew is onsite this afternoon and will be painting doors scheduled for appointments and also knocking on the remaining doors. We’d like to say thank you for your patience and participation as we get all of the doors painted. It’s not an easy task to paint front doors and we appreciate all of your help in doing so!

Thursday, August 22nd: Good afternoon!
As you may have read on the blue notice taped to your garage frame, we’ll be returning to repaint your residence doors on Saturday, August 24th between the hours of 8am and 4pm. The crew will be knocking on doors as well as painting doors scheduled at specific times. Tuesday, July 30th: Greetings!
The crew will be back onsite for the final day of door painting on Saturday, August 3rd. The crew will be knocking on doors and if you are home, kindly open your door to be painted or schedule a specific time for your door to be painted by leaving a comment below with the time requested and your address. Then those doors that remain will be painted in the closed position. Thanks!
Wednesday, July 24th: Good morning residents of Gables of Waterford!
We are scheduled to prep and paint your front doors and interior doors where applicable at your association beginning on Friday, July 26th.
The painting of your front doors will require resident participation to paint the door in the open position. Our crewmembers will be knocking on doors on Friday, 7/26 and Saturday, 7/27 from 8am – 5pm. If you are available, please open the door to have us paint.
Once the doors are painted, they will need to be left open for a minimum of 2 hours after completion to allow sufficient dry time.
If you are unavailable on Friday and Saturday this week, we’ll be providing a make-up day on Saturday, August 3rd to paint all remaining doors.

Monday, July 15th: Good afternoon!
It’s going to be a scorcher this week so take care of yourself and stay hydrated! And often with hot weather comes thunderstorms so check back here on the blog for weather updates and delays on your project!

Wednesday, July 3rd: Good morning!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming staining project at Waterford Place!
We’ll be prepping and staining 8 decks as part of the final insurance scope. We will start pressure washing the decks on Monday, 7/8 and will then return on Thursday, 7/11 to begin staining.
The decks are on the 11275 and 11285 Buildings — and we kindly ask that you remove all personal belongings and furniture from your deck so the crew has unobstructed access while washing and then staining. Thanks!
The crew will be staining your deck floor, stairs, and landings (on select units) and we hope to begin on Thursday, 7/11, weather permitting.
You can continue to follow project progress here on the blog as we’ll provide frequent updates, project photos, and post any delays should they come up.
