Wednesday, July 27th: Greetings!

The crew has essentially wrapped things up with the painting portion of your project. Your project supervisor, Jason, will be coming onsite within the next few weeks to complete a walk through and mark areas in need of touch ups with blue tape. We are still waiting on materials to arrive to complete the remainder of your project as well. Stay tuned right here for more updates!

Wednesday, June 15th: Greetings Residents of Woodbine!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing on Thursday, June 16th. We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from the outside of your condo to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the pressure washing. Once the pressure washing is complete, you may return your belongings to the exterior of your home.

We anticipate the entire project will likely take approximately 6 – 8 weeks to complete. Please be mindful that weather will likely impact our finishing schedule too. Once the substrates have had time to dry, we anticipate returning to the association to begin preparation & painting tasks as early as Tuesday, June 21st.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may enjoy the remainder of the summer. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
