Monday, June 27th: Good morning!
The crew has essentially wrapped things up with your project and now it is just a matter of coordinating schedules so your project supervisor, Jesse, can come out and mark areas in need of touch ups with blue tape. We kindly ask that after the blue tape pieces are put up that residents leave them where they are as they direct the team members to fix accordingly.

We have had quite a few questions regarding what is included as part of the painting project. To clear up the confusion, the substrates that we will be painting on unit decks requiring resident cooperation when it comes to removing items include the following: deck ceilings/undersides, deck skirts, patio door kick plates (wood trim under the door), divider walls (off white), and miscellaneous green trim. Excluded is the back brick walls on the decks, floors and railings.
If you have questions about what to remove from your deck, we need items moved away from side walls and patio doors. Please push them against the brick wall to be covered or pull the items inside.
If you are in a unit with a screened in porch we will be hand cleaning the areas to be painted and homeowner cooperation will be required to access those decks at a later date to be determined.
Friday, May 20th: Greetings Residents of Greenbrier!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to being onsite soon.
Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing in the association on Thursday, 5/26. We kindly request that homeowners please remove personal items off of their deck to allow for safe & unobstructed access for pressure washing. If you do not remove your contents, the crew will skip your unit and you may be subject to additional costs imposed by management / the association.
We anticipate the entire project will likely take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete. However, your individual unit will take much less time. Please be mindful that weather will likely impact our finishing schedule as well. Once the substrates have had time to dry, we anticipate returning to the association to begin preparation & painting tasks as early as Tuesday, May 31st.
We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may return the contents to your deck and enjoy the remainder of the summer. In order to access the most up to date information, projected washing / painting schedule, or any other weather delays / impacts, please check back here frequently.
Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.
We’re looking forward to getting started next week!
