Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Evergreen Country Homes in Woodbury. We are thrilled to be onsite this summer!

Friday, July 8th: Greetings Residents of Evergreen!

The crew has performed all of the needed touch ups and your project is officially complete. It has been our pleasure being onsite this summer and working for & with you. Thank you again for having us!

Wednesday, July 6th: Good morning!

Your project supervisor, Jesse, will be onsite today to complete a walk through and check that all touch ups are completed.

Tuesday, July 5th: I hope each of you had the opportunity to enjoy the long holiday weekend!

The crew will be finishing up today, finalizing the trim at Building 4. We will be back Wednesday, 7/6 to complete touch ups before a final walk through with the Project Manager.

Friday, July 1st: Greetings!

The crew is continuing their diligent work on your project. Today they are working on painting the last building.

Wednesday, June 29th: Good afternoon!

The crew will be wrapping up on the first building today. The second building is about halfway done, they are still working on the trim. Lastly, the crew will be starting the prep work on the 3rd building today as well.

The crew is onsite and has begun the prep work for your project.

The crew will return on Monday, June 27th to begin the prep and painting work. Have a great weekend!

The crew is onsite and the pressure washer is ready to roll! They have started pressure washing at Building 1 this morning.

Friday, June 17th: Greetings Residents of Evergreen Country Homes!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!

Our crew will begin pressure washing on Wednesday, June 22nd. We kindly request that you please remove all small personal items from the exterior of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to their normal place. Please also have your outside water spigot on and available for the crew to utilize.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces. We anticipate that prep work will start on Building 1 on Monday, June 27th. This project will take about 4-6 days to complete each home.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
