International Village – Bloomington

Project Complete

Greetings and welcome to the project blog for the upcoming painting project at International Village. We’re looking forward to sprucing up and working with you this summer!

Monday, October 25th: Good morning!

The crew is currently prepping the garage doors by covering them in plastic for when they begin painting the surrounding areas.

Thursday, October 14th: Greetings!

The crew is working their way around to all of the window frames. They are continuing to make great progress!

We have our ladder up & are ready to go.

Monday, October 11th: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite and continuing their diligent work on your project. The window frames are looking great and we are very pleased with the work that has been done so far.

Thursday, October 7th: Greetings!

The crew is onsite again today and are picking up where they left off yesterday. They are continuing to paint the window frames on Building 3.

The crew has started painting the window frames on Building 3 today.

The crew is onsite and continuing to work diligently on your project. Today they are finishing the stucco painting on Building 3.

Friday, October 1st: Good morning and TGIF!

The crew is continuing on the Lotus Building today with prep and carpentry work ahead of this afternoon and tomorrow’s rain. They’ll return Monday to continue with painting. Thanks!

Wednesday, September 29th: Greetings!

The crew is onsite and continuing their diligent work on your project! Today they have started painting Building 3.

The crew is priming the new wood on Building #3 today.

Monday, September 27th: Greetings!

The crew is onsite today continuing where they left off on Building #2. They will be finishing up with Building #2 soon. They are also working on the carpentry for Building #3 today as well.

Friday, September 24th: Good afternoon and TGIF!

The crew is starting to wash the 3rd Building today at International Village and also continuing on Building #2. The rain has pulled the crew off early today, but they’ll return tomorrow finishing up Building #2 and will then begin prep/paint on #3 on Monday.

The crew is continuing to work on the Zurich building and should be wrapping up on this building on Friday.

Tuesday, September 21st: Good afternoon!

The crew is back onsite after yesterday’s rain delay. They are picking up where they left off last week prepping the Zurich building.

The crew is not onsite today due to forecasted rain. They are tentative to return tomorrow. Thanks!

The crew is prepping the front of the Zurich building today to prepare to begin painting.

The crew is onsite and is working on painting the Zurich building today.

Tuesday, September 14th: Good afternoon!

The crew has gone back to the Innsbruck building to work on the windows. They will be painting the windows on this building today.

Monday, September 13th: Greetings!

The crew is onsite and has begun working on the Zurich building. Today they will be prepping, scraping, and priming.

Thursday, September 9th: Good afternoon!

The crew is finishing up with the siding on the Innsbruck building. They’ll continue to prep and paint the window trim on this building. Tomorrow they’ll wash the next building, Zurich and then on Monday begin prep/painting.

Tuesday, September 7th: Good afternoon!

The crew is making their way around the Innsbruck Building and covering and painting the siding areas.

Friday, September 3rd: Good morning!

We’ve got a Friday Rain Day! The crew will return Tuesday to continue with prep and painting.

The crew is working at the Innsbruck Building and prep/painting the siding. We are loving the new color!

Tuesday, August 31st: Greetings!

The crew is kicking off at Innsbruck with pressure washing the siding areas and soffits. We’re return after a few days and the areas have dried to begin prepping and painting!

Monday, August 30th: Good morning!

We are back onsite and slated to prep and finish the exterior of 3 of your buildings – Lotus, Zurich, and Innsbruck including the detached garaged at Lotus and Innsbruck.

We are looking forward to being onsite to complete these three buildings and can’t wait to see the color changes begin at your association.
