Project Complete Pending Touch Ups
Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Pintrina Park Terrace in Little Canada. We are looking forward to being onsite!
Wednesday, July 27th: Greetings!
We apologize for the delay in updates here on the blog. The crew has been diligently working on your project and they are making great progress so far. Today they are prepping and painting at Building 377.
They will be wrapping things up by the end of the day. Then, it is just a matter of coordinating schedules so your project supervisor, Jason, can come onsite to complete a walk through and mark areas with blue tape that are in need of touch ups.
Tuesday, July 19th: Good morning!
The crew is onsite this morning continuing to prepare and paint the door frames. Today they are tackling Building 20.
Monday, July 18th: Good afternoon!
The crew is onsite and they are continuing to make great progress on your project. They are picking up where they left off last week on prepping and painting the front door frames.
Thursday, July 14th: Greetings!
Our crews have been diligently working on your project! They have already completed the first cul de sac, and have begun the second cul de sac.
Monday, July 11th: Good morning!
Friday, July 8th: Greetings Residents of Pintrina Park Terrace!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your front door frames and side lights!
Please be advised that our crews will begin prepping & painting resident front door frames at your community starting on Monday, July 11th. For the duration of the project, we kindly request that residents unlock their storm doors so that a team member can prepare & finish the entire door frame.
The scope of work for the entire association will take about 5-7 working days to complete the entire association. However, your specific unit will take much less time. Please be mindful that weather may alter this finishing schedule.
We also ask that residents do not remove tape that may be found on your unit during the completion of the specified scope of work. The painting process takes multiple steps and your unit may only be prepped (scraped and primed) and awaiting a finish coat of paint.
Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.
We are looking forward to getting started next week!
