Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming project at Lake Square in White Bear Lake. We are thrilled to be back onsite this summer to spruce up your exteriors.

Wednesday, June 23rd: Good afternoon!

The crew has finished the touch-ups and the project is officially complete. It was our pleasure being onsite. We hope you are enjoying the newly painted exteriors and have a great rest of your summer!

Monday, June 21st: Greetings!

The crew will be wrapping things up at Lake Square Apartments by the end of the day today. We will be doing our walk-through and marking things up with blue tape for touch-ups in the next few days. Please do not remove the tape, this indicates to the crew what needs to be touched up.

Wednesday, June 9th: Greetings and happy project start day!

The crew is off and running at Lake Square Apartments today and the pressure washer is ready to roll! They will wash the east elevation today and return on Monday, 6/14 to begin prep and painting.

Tuesday, June 8th: Good afternoon!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are excited to be back onsite this year!

Our crew will be kicking off on Wednesday, 6/9 with pressure washing the east elevation, which will take the crew about 1 day to complete.

We kindly request that you close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.

After the surfaces have had time to dry the crew will return to begin prep and painting. We are projecting this prep/painting to begin on Monday, 6/14.

We are projecting that this project will likely take 2-3 weeks to complete. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
