Thursday, September 7th: Hello residents of Jeffers Waterfront!

Our crew is currently working on building #7 and plans to begin building #8 tomorrow.

We are painting front doors and will continue knocking in case anyone is available as the door needs to be in the open position.

Front doors will start being painted on Wednesday, 8/16. Please use the calendar tool above to schedule your appointment. Finishing the doors will require participation from each homeowner to paint while the door in the open position. Additionally, crew members will also be knocking on unit doors throughout the community and if you are available, please open the door to have us paint.

Once the doors are painted, they will need to be left open for a minimum of 2.5 hours after completion. Roell Painting will not be responsible and/or will not perform touchups for damages caused by closing doors too early.

Wednesday, August 23rd: Greetings!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming exterior project. We are excited to be working together this year!

We will be coming out to start pressure washing your buildings on Tuesday August 29th. We will be starting at building 1 on the map above and following the sequence in order from there.

We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.

Once the surfaces have had time to dry we will return to begin painting of select trim (i.e front doors / frames, louvers, corbels, garage doors / frames, columns, window frames, fascia, etc.). We anticipate returning on Friday September 1st.

We will be posting a link to schedule your front door painting appointment at a later date along with an onsite notice.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may enjoy the remainder of the summer.
