9th Street Lofts – Saint Paul

Project COMPLETE

Greetings and welcome to your project blog! We are thrilled to be working with and for you as part of your renovation project!

Thursday, February 29th: Good afternoon!

Happy Leap Day! The crew will be wrapping things up with your project today. Your production supervisor, Jason, will be onsite tomorrow to do a walk through to mark any areas in need of touch ups.

Tuesday, February 27th: Good morning!

Back again with another update on your project! The crew has completed the 4th and 5th floors. They are currently working on the penthouse floor and the community room. They are projected to be finishing those 2 areas by the end of the day Thursday, 2/29.

Thursday, February 22nd: Greetings!

Happy Almost Friday! The work is complete on the basement level, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. The work on the 4th and 5th floors will be wrapping up tomorrow. Lastly, the crew will begin on the penthouse floor tomorrow.

Tuesday, February 20th: Good morning!

Work has begun on the 4th and 5th floors. The 1st floor is receiving a second coat today. The basement level, 2nd and 3rd floor have been marked for a round of touch-ups. It is anticipated that the penthouse level will begin on Friday, 2/23 or Monday, 2/26.

Thursday, February 15th: Good afternoon!

The crew has wrapped things up on the basement level except for the final touch-ups. They continue to work on the 1st floor and will likely wrap up there on Monday or Tuesday. The 2nd floor will be completed tomorrow and the 3rd floor will be finished tomorrow with the completion of the trim.

The crew will begin working on the 4th and 5th floors Monday, 2/19.

The walls are looking great so far!

Wednesday, February 14th: Happy Valentine’s Day!

The first coat is done on the basement level and 3rd floor. The second coat will be applied today to both of those floors. Trim around the door work will also begin today.

Monday, February 12th: Greetings!

The project start date is here! Your project manager and production supervisor are onsite to walk the crews through the areas that will be painted, marking them with blue tape. There will be two crews working on your project. One beginning on the basement level and one beginning on the 2nd floor.

Thursday, February 8th: Good afternoon!

Welcome residents of 9th Street Lofts to your project blog. This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, and updates to the finishing schedule. We are excited to be a part of your renovation project.

The scope of your project includes prep and painting of the lower level – penthouse floor corridor hallway walls, select door frames, select window frames, the community room & community room bathroom.

The crew will be out onsite starting Monday, February 12th to begin your project. We will begin on the basement level and 2nd floor on Monday.
