Wednesday, June 21st: Goodmorning and welcome to the official blog for this year’s painting project at Bridges at Arbor Lakes. We are looking forward to working with you again!

We’ve posted the route we’ll take to complete the project and we’ll also post a tentative finishing schedule of a more specific time frame you can expect us at your building.

We’ll be onsite on Monday, 6/26 and Tuesday, 6/27 to begin with pressure washing of several buildings and then we’ll begin our prep work and painting on Wednesday, 6/28. We’ll work in phases, meaning we’ll wash a grouping of buildings and then paint those buildings. Then we’ll repeat this cycle until all buildings are complete. When your building is designated for pressure washing, we kindly ask that you remove any small items from the exterior of your building and then move items on your deck to allow to access for washing and then painting. No need to completely clear your deck.

We anticipate the project with take 2-3 weeks in entirety to complete. Stay tuned here on the blog for progress updates, finishing schedule, and any changes or weather delays that may occur.

Thank you again for having us and we’ll see you on Monday. Have a great rest of the week and weekend!
