Wood Park – Burnsville

Painting Complete

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Wood Park in Burnsville. We are thrilled to be onsite with you!

Tuesday, June 23rd: Greetings!

Time flies! The crew is wrapping up at Wood Park with a few doors remaining. It has been our pleasure to be onsite and spruce up select areas of your homes.

Our apologies for the lapse in project updates — we have crews all across the cities and keeping up with projects can be tough at the height of our busiest season. Thanks!

Our crew supervisor will be onsite to walk through the buildings and areas completed to mark any areas needing touch ups. Please leave these areas up for the crew. Thank you!

Thursday, June 18th: Good Morning!

Due to the start of the rain the crew will be offsite for the rest of the day. Thanks!

Monday, June 15th: Greetings!

Happy Project Kick-off Day!

We have started onsite with pressure washing of the included buildings shown on the map above. The crew is scheduled to finish all 8 buildings today. They will return on Thursday, 6/18 to begin prep and painting at Building #1.

The pressure washers are on sight and have begun.

Friday, June 12th: Good morning!

Welcome to your project blog for the painting project at Wood Park in Burnsville. We’ll be kicking off your project on Monday, June 15th with pressure washing of the included buildings. We kindly ask that for the washing you close your windows and remove any personal items away from the deck railings and the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing the included areas of your home – front doors/frames, select garage doors, deck railings/skirts, deck posts, patio door kick plats and wood window frames.

We will also be painting your resident doors. This will require participation from each homeowner as we will paint them in the open position. While working on your Building, the crew will be knocking on doors. If you’re home, please open it to be painted and note that we recommend the door remain open for at least 2 hours to dry completely. Alternatively, you can schedule a specific time to have your door painted — we will soon post a calendar scheduling tool with select days and times available.

We are projecting the crew to return to begin on Building 1 on Thursday, June 18th. We will then move in sequential order and follow the route posted above. We are projecting to be onsite in total for 2-3 weeks.

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll provide frequent updates on progress and scheduling, share photos, and inform you of any weather delays.

Thank you so much for having us and we are looking forward to being onsite!
