Greetings and welcome to your project blog! We are thrilled to be working with and for you on this project! 

Thursday, May 14th: Pressure washing should be wrapping up today and then we will be returning next week to start prep & painting, assuming the weather cooperates!

Wednesday, May 13th: Hi all – we are onsite beginning the pressure washing today. We plan to finish by Thursday and then we will return on May 18th, weather permitting, to begin preparation for the painting. We hope you are enjoying the sunny spring day!

Tuesday, May 12th: Hello all! We were planning to start pressure washing today but we had an issue with our water trailer so we will be onsite beginning to pressure wash tomorrow, Wednesday, May 13th.

Stay tuned for updates here – we are hoping to finish washing all of the buildings by Thursday. Thanks!

Friday, May 8th: Greetings Residents of Stonehaven Townhomes!

Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing 5 buildings in the community over the span of two to three days starting on Tuesday, May 12th.

We kindly request that you please remove all personal items from patios for the pressure washing and small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. We expect washing on all homes to be completed in 2-3 days for all the buildings in this phase. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to your patio.

The crew will return after the substrates have sufficiently dried to commence the process of preparing and painting the surfaces that are included on the first building followed by the second and so on. We are projecting that prep work will begin for the first building on Monday, May 18th.

The project will take about 3 weeks to complete all the homes in this phase (However, the work on your individual building will only take 4-6 days to complete). The best way to obtain an update to on the project status and any impact it may have to your daily routine
