Wednesday, June 21st: Greetings!

We return with great news… The crew has officially completed your project! We wanted to thank you again for allowing us to work for and with you this summer. It has been our pleasure and we hope you enjoy your newly refreshed exteriors!

Wednesday, June 14th: Good morning!

The crew will be onsite today to complete the touch ups that were marked yesterday. There is also some additional work that has been added so you may still see us around for a bit!

Tuesday, June 13th: Greetings!

One of our project managers, Angel, will be onsite today to mark the areas that need touch ups. The crew will then return tomorrow most likely to complete the touch ups.

Thursday, June 8th: Good morning!

**UPDATE: The crew has now finished your project and are awaiting touch ups. A walk through will be completed by early next week to assess where touch ups are needed. The crew will then be back onsite later next week to complete the touch ups.

The crew is almost finished with your project! They will be painting the front entry doors today and then your project will be complete.

Wednesday, June 7th: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite and are making great leeway on your project. They plan to finish up the front entry doors tomorrow.

Tuesday, June 6th: Greetings!

The crew is continuing to work diligently on Building 4 and are making great progress.

Thursday, June 1st: Good morning!

Our crew has returned onsite this morning to prep and paint Building 4, the last building in your project. Things are coming along great!

Tuesday, May 30th: Greetings!

We hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend! Due to the poor weather predictions today our crew will not be onsite to prep and paint Building 4. We are hoping to return onsite tomorrow, weather permitting of course. Have a great day!

Wednesday, May 23rd: Good morning!

Our crew will be onsite today to begin prepping and painting Building 3. Once Building 4 has dried from pressure washing we will be out to complete that Building, get ready!

Tuesday, May 23rd: Good afternoon!

Our crew has been on site completing Buildings 1 and 2. We are planning on returning tomorrow to start prepping and painting Building 3.

Thursday, May 11th: Greetings Residents of Waycliffe II!

We are thrilled to be back onsite this summer to complete several more buildings. It is always nice to be back at a familiar property!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to sprucing up your exteriors.

Our crews are scheduled to begin pressure washing your building and deck on Friday, May 12th. We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. Once washing is complete, you may return your personal items to the outside of your home.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing the included surfaces. We are projecting the painting work to begin at the first building on Tuesday, May 16th.

This project will take about 4-6 days to complete each home. In order to access the most current updates, check back here frequently to view any posted weather delays or other scheduling updates.
