Friday, September 25th: Greetings! 

We are back and the material has arrived!

The crew is onsite and working to install the remaining areas of weather stripping. They’ll be wrapped up today as well. Thanks for your patience!

Thursday, September 3rd: Good afternoon! 

The painting portion is complete and we’ll return to install the remaining weather stripping as soon as it arrives. 11 of the units are complete and we have 15 remaining that will be completed when the material arrives – which we are projecting to be sometime next week.

Wednesday, September 2nd: Greetings! 

The crew is continuing to paint and then install the new weather stripping in your association. They’re anticipating to finishing up in the next few days. Thanks!

Tuesday, September 1st: Good afternoon! 

The crew is back onsite and they are prepping garage doors to begin painting the doors. Once prepped and painted, they’ll return to install the new weather stripping. Thanks!

Friday, August 28th: Hello and TGIF! 

With all of the overnight rain, we’re going to hold off on working for today. We’ll see how the weather is to continue tomorrow otherwise, we’ll see you back onsite on Monday, 8/31. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Thursday, August 27th: Good morning! 

The crew is off and running at Gables Manor this morning! 

They are starting off your project with pressure washing your garage doors and frames as well as starting the carpentry and weather stripping replacement. They’ll complete the pressure washing today too.

Wednesday, August 26th: Good morning! 

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming carpentry and painting project at Gables Manor. We’ll be kicking off your project on Thursday, 8/27 with carpentry repairs and painting of select areas.

We kindly as that you remove any small belongings from the front entry of your home as well as unlock your storm door so we may paint the entire door frame.

We’ll be getting started with carpentry and the weather stripping replacement first, then we’ll begin on the other included areas for painting – entry door frames, patio door frames and kickplates, and garage doors/frames. To access the patio door frames and kickplates, we’ll be using ladders to access these areas. 

We’ve posted a route map above to indicate the order of process for both the carpentry and also painting. We are anticipating the entire project to be completed in 7-10 working days.  

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll provide frequent updates on progress, share photos, and inform you of any weather delays.
