Friday, July 29th: Happy Friday!
The crew is onsite and continuing to work diligently on your project. They will be coming around to fulfill front door appointments as well as prepping and painting the last few buildings in the proposed sequence.
Monday, July 25th: Good afternoon residents of The Townes at Stonemill Farms! We hope you had a terrific weekend! For those of you that scheduled your front door painting, thank you! We know there was a little confusion regarding how the door painting process works, which isn’t terribly uncommon for the first go round! With that being said, for those of you in the buildings where notices were posted, that didn’t have your door painted, DON’T WORRY…there will be subsequent opportunities to paint your front door in the open position!
One thing that continues to stick out to us about the project is simply the dramatic difference that painting is making! For the handful of buildings that haven’t been painted, the contrast is almost unbelievable in relation to the buildings that have been painted! There are rumblings among the residents that they haven’t seen a makeover quite this dramatic since Patrick Dempsey’s oscar worthy role in the 1987 Blockbuster “Can’t Buy Me Love“
Wednesday, July 20th: Good morning!
The crew is onsite and continuing to work diligently on your project. Today they are working on the trim of Building 12. As well as priming Buildings 11 and 10.
***Please use the calendar tool above to sign up to have your front door painted starting tomorrow, 7/21 through Saturday, 7/23. Please make sure to look at the map posted as well so you use the correct calendar to sign up depending on what building you are in. Thank you and as always reach out if you have any questions!
Monday, July 18th: Greetings!
Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing the fronts and sides of Buildings 7 and 8 on Wednesday, July 20th. We kindly request that you close your windows and please remove any fragile and/or small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed washing. We anticipate the washing of these buildings will take 1 day to complete.
**We will be painting resident doors on Thursday 7/21, Friday 7/22, and Saturday 7/23. Please use the calendar scheduling tool above to make an appointment and one of our crew will be available at your schedule time to complete the painting. Once painted, the doors will need to be left open a minimum of 3 hours to dry after the final coat is applied. Roell Painting will not be responsible and/or will not perform touch ups for damages caused by closing doors too early.
Friday, July 15th: Happy Friday!

Wednesday, July 6th: Greetings!
The crew will be pressure washing Buildings 3 and 4 tomorrow.
Tuesday, July 5th: Hope everyone had an awesome and safe holiday weekend!
The crew is onsite today braving the heat to get going on prepping and potentially priming your buildings (if you live in Buildings #1/#2 or #17/#16.) For those of you not in those buildings, stay tuned right here for the projected painting schedule, which we hope to have published by the end of the week after we get a sense of timing on the first 4 buildings.
Prep mainly entails covering surfaces not being painted, caulking joints and seams as needed and readying the surfaces (i.e. scraping, cleaning off any additional dirt/debris) in anticipation of coatings being applied.
Now, if you see a sprayer going, but no color coming out, FEAR NOT! We are applying a clear primer designed to address the chalky surfaces that have resulted from years of “pH Burn.” While pressure washing does a lot to remedy this, we felt this was a prudent step in mitigating future recurrence.
As we get towards the end of the week, you’ll start seeing some pretty dramatic transformation as the original colors have faded so significantly. But that’s the goal of painting, right? Start with something, and end with something that’s prettier!
Friday, July 1st: Happy July!
The pressure washer is ready to roll & your project officially underway. The two crews are onsite today and will be pressure washing Buildings 1 and 2, as well as Buildings 16 and 17.
Wednesday, June 29th: Good morning!
We will have two crews onsite throughout your project. One will be starting at Building 1 and the other will be starting at Building 17. On Friday, crew 1 will pressure washing Buildings 1 and 2. While crew 2 will be pressure washing Buildings 16 and 17.

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing in the association on Friday, 7/1 .
