Tuesday, June 15th: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite and working diligently on Building 1. It’s amazing what can be accomplished with 7 people rowing in the same direction! As large projects often go, it takes a bit for the crew to hit stride, and we were pleased with the progress we saw being made on Building 1. If the schedule holds, we anticipate that the majority of the work on Building 1 will be completed by the end of the day on Wednesday, and preparations will be ongoing on Building 2.

Covering the adjacent areas thoroughly ensures that paint winds up in the spaces it is supposed to…what a novel concept!

A good, durable paint application involves not only spraying, but backrolling. This ensures that the coating being applied gets “worked in” to underlying substrates. Which in this case, is a fairly porous cedar.

In the immortal words of MC Hammer, “Here Comes the Hammer.” The guys are identifying nails that are sitting proud and pounding them flush!

Friday, May 28th: Good afternoon!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming project at Timber Creek in Eden Prairie. We are looking forward to being onsite this year!

For this year’s project we’ll be prepping and finishing select areas on 15 buildings in your association.

We have a crew that will be kicking off with pressure washing on Thursday, 6/3 which will likely take the crew several days to complete.

We ask that you please remove any personal belongings from the front entry to allow for safe & unobstructed access to these areas for the washing. The project will take about 5-7 working days per building to complete each of the first three buildings.

Tentatively, we are planning to start prepping at the first building (weather permitting) on Monday, June 14th.

We will be using our online blog to inform residents of the project status, schedule or any weather delays during the project.

Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.

We’re looking forward to getting started next week!
