GREETINGS AND WELCOME TO THE OFFICIAL BLOG FOR DEWEY HILL EAST IN EDINA! THE PROJECT WILL TAKE APPROXIMATELY 1-2 WEEKS TO FINISH THE RAILING TOPS OF YOUR BUILDING. WE LOOK FORWARD TO GETTING UNDERWAY!

Monday, October 17th: Good afternoon Dewey Hill. We hope you all had a great weekend and enjoyed the beautiful weather we had! We’ve wrapped up our railing painting project. We want to thank you for your hospitality as we have enjoyed sprucing up Dewey Hill and being onsite with you. Have a great rest of the year!

Wednesday, October 12th: Good afternoon residents of Dewey Hill. The project is underway and the crew is making their way around the condo building to all the railing tops. Here are a few pictures…don’t worry we don’t have ghost painters, the crew was at lunch. 

THE RAILINGS ARE TAPED OFF AND LADDERS ARE IN PLACE.

Thursday, October 6th: Perhaps you’ve found your way to the blog by way of email from your association or blue notices taped around your building, welcome! You can follow project progress right here on the blog as updates and pictures will be provided 2-3 times per week. 

The project will begin on Monday, 10/10 and will take 1-2 weeks to complete. We’ll be finishing all of the railing tops in your association. The crew will start at the front on the buildings and then move counter clockwise around the condo. Lastly, we anticipate the scope of work will have minimal, if any disruption to your daily routines, so no special consideration is required on your part. Just sit back and enjoy! We’re looking forward to getting things started next week!
