Greetings and welcome to your project portal for the upcoming painting project at Greenbrier HOA in Minnetonka. We are thrilled to be working with and for you this summer!

Friday, July 30th: TGIF!

The crew will be wrapping things up at Greenbrier today. After Jesse does the walk through the crew will return to do the needed touch-ups. Enjoy your weekend!

Thursday, July 29th: Greetings!

The crew is back onsite today after yesterday’s rain delay. They are picking up where they left off painting the upper green trim. The crew will be wrapping up with your project tomorrow.

Our project supervisor Jesse will be stopping out to walk the project and mark any areas needing touch-ups. The crew will then return to complete the touch-ups in the next week or so. Thanks again for having us and we hope you’re enjoying the refreshed exteriors!

Monday, July 19th: Greetings!

All the crew has left on your building is the contrast fascia. On Wednesday they will have the lift needed to paint these. The crew will need the cooperation of homeowners to move their cars in order to get the lift where it is needed.

Wednesday, June 23rd: Greetings Residents of Greenbrier!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors.

We have a crew that will be kicking off on Monday, 6/28 with pressure washing, which will likely take the crew about 4 days to complete.

We kindly request that you please remove all small personal items from the exterior of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Pressure washing will take multiple days to complete. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to their normal place.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces. We anticipate that prep work will start on select areas of the building on Friday, 7/2.

The entire project will take about 4-6 weeks to complete. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.

Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.

We are looking forward to getting started next week!
