The crew is continuing to work diligently on your project and they are making great progress. They have started the prep work at Building 11 today and will be working on this Building for the remainder of the day.

Friday, July 16th: Good morning!

The crew is back onsite after the rain delay. They are picking up where they left off on Tuesday prepping and painting at Building 9. The crew has also started prepping and painting at Building 10 today as well.

Wednesday, July 14th: Good afternoon!

The crew will not be onsite today due to the rain. They should be back to continue working on your project tomorrow or Friday, weather permitting.

Monday, July 12th: Greetings!

The crew is keeping on their projected schedule for your project. They have started prepping Building 9 today.

The crew is continuing to prep and paint at Building 7 and 8. They are anticipating to start on Building 9 on Monday.

The crew is back onsite today and is continuing to work diligently on your project. They are starting to prep and paint Buildings 7 and 8 today.

We hope you all had a great weekend! The crew will not be onsite today but we should be back tomorrow or Thursday, weather permitting.

The crew is onsite and continuing to work diligently on Building 6. They are picking up on prepping and painting from where they left off yesterday.

The crew has started prepping and painting Building 5 today and will begin prepping at Building 6 tomorrow. They will be pressure washing the remainder of the Buildings on Thursday, 7/1.

Thursday, June 24th: Good afternoon!

The crews are working on pressure washing Buildings 5, 6, and 7 today. They are also continuing to paint Building 4. A good, durable paint application involves not only spraying but back rolling. This ensures that the coating being applied gets “worked in” to underlying substrates. Which you can see the crew doing in the pictures below!

Monday, June 21st: Greetings!

We have updated our route map and schedule to now show all 12 buildings for the entire project this summer. The crew will start painting at Building 4 tomorrow. They plan on pressure washing Buildings 5, 6, and 7 on Thursday, 6/24. The crew will then return on Monday, 6/28 to begin prepping and painting at Building 5.

The crew is continuing their diligent work at Building 1 today. They have also started prepping Building 2. Have a great weekend!

Thursday, June 17th: Greetings!

The crew has begun prepping at Building 1. They also started spraying at Building 1 as well.

We are ready to work on this beautiful Friday.

Wednesday, June 16th: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite working on Building 1. They are painting the trim and frames today. Tomorrow the crews will begin prepping Building 1 for spraying. They pressure washed Building 3 today as well.

Monday, June 14th: Good morning!

The crew is off and running at Bellante this morning and the pressure washer is ready to roll! They have started washing at Building 1 and will make their way around the route to pressure wash all of the buildings today.

Friday, June 11th: Greetings residents of Bellante!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors.

Our crew will be kicking off on Monday, 6/14 with pressure washing your buildings. We are predicting the washing of each building to take one day.

We kindly request that you please remove any and all small personal belongings from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Please be sure to have your exterior water spigot turned on for the crew to utilize for washing.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will be back to start prepping & painting the exterior of your building. We are projecting this prepping & finishing to start on Wednesday, 6/16.
