Thursday, September 7th: Good afternoon!

Painting has been completed and now we are waiting on a scheduled walk through of the association so that we can then complete any final touch ups.

You might see tape up in a few areas, but we will be back and get it taken care of.

Tuesday, August 22nd: Hello residents of Village in the Park!

We are working hard to complete your painting project and we appreciate your cooperation in getting doors painted.

Anyone who has not signed up to get your door painted, please use our door scheduling tool to ensure that we get you squared away.

If you don’t see the crew out there this afternoon, don’t worry. They will be back onsite tomorrow!

Thursday, August 17th: Good afternoon!

We updated the scheduling tool for door appointments above to include dates / times for next week – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday – 8/23 – 8/26. Please sign up for a time slot to have your door painted in the open position. Making an appointment is the best way to ensure it gets painted.

Wednesday, August 9th: Greetings!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming exterior painting project. We are excited to be working together this year!

The crew will be prepping and painting select areas of the following for your upcoming project: front doors, garage service doors/frames, garage door frames, electric room doors/frames, and garage bollards.

The crew will be onsite Monday, 8/14 to begin working on your project. Front doors will start being painted on Wednesday, 8/16. Please use the calendar tool above to schedule your appointment. The finishing of the doors will require participation from each homeowner to paint the door in the open position. The sign up period for each door will be for two hours as the crew members will need to apply 2 coats of paint. Additionally, crew members will also be knocking on unit doors throughout the community and if you are available, please open the door to have us paint.

Once the doors are painted, they will need to be left open for a minimum of 2.5 hours after completion. Roell Painting will not be responsible and/or will not perform touchups for damages caused by closing doors too early.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
