Apologies for the delay in updates but the crew has completed your project! They will return to mark areas with blue tape and complete touch-ups as needed.

Monday, November 1st: Happy November!

We hope you all had a great Halloween! The crew is continuing to work their way along the route of your project and the stain is looking great!

Friday, October 22nd: Good afternoon!

The crew is continuing to make great progress on your project. They have completed Phase 1 today. The crew will return on Monday to start on Phase 3.

The 2nd crew in Phase 2 is continuing along the route as well. We are working to figure out start dates for staining in the remaining phases 4 & 5. Thank you!

The crew is working hard on Building 11330.

Monday, October 18th: Greetings!

The crew is back onsite today. They have begun staining and will follow the same route they did for pressure washing.

Thursday, October 14th: Good afternoon!

The crew has completed the pressure washing in Phase 1. They’ll return Monday to begin staining and follow the same route.

We have a 2nd crew starting to pressure wash the included areas in Phase 2 – starting at 11391 Hillcrest Dr N and working east along the south side of the street. This also includes the north side of Preserve Lane N.

Tuesday, October 12th: Good afternoon!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming project at the Meadows at Elm Creek. We are looking forward to being onsite!

We’ll be prepping and finishing select decking areas: deck railing, deck support posts, porch support posts, privacy divider fascia, deck fascia, and wood stairs.

We will be starting on Wednesday 10/13 with pressure washing the included areas listed above. We have crew that will start on the south side of Preserve Lane N and work from East to West. We will also likely have more than one crew working in different sections. We will start in Phase 1 – labeled in orange on the map above. We kindly as that you remove any small/fragile items from these areas to allow unobstructed access during the pressure washing. We are anticipating the washing of the entire association to be wrapped up by next week Tuesday.

After pressure washing has be completed, the surfaces will need some time to dry. We anticipate returning to start our prep and staining on Monday, 10/18, weather permitting. We will start staining and follow the same route as we did for washing first in Phase 1 along the south side of Preserve Lane N. The tentative route map is above.

We are projecting the project to take about 3 weeks to complete all 126 units from start to finish. However, the time spent on each unit/building will be much less.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays. Weather will play a significant role in the progress of the progress.

We’ll be adding more “Phases” to the map above and also add a table for projecting staining start dates as the project gets started and the crew will set their pace for pressure washing and staining.
