Friday, August 30th: Hello and TGIF!

Those roads we drive on the way to the offices and homes we work and live in…somebody built ’em. May we take a moment to reflect  on the principles of hard work that make this country great! As we celebrate Labor Day, we’d like to take a moment to recognize our diligent and hard working crews. Oh, and eat some food on a stick too. Happy Labor Day every one!

Thursday, August 29th: Greetings!

Wednesday, August 28th: Good afternoon and welcome to your project blog!

We’re happy to be back onsite with you all for this year’s painting project. We’ll be kicking things off on Friday, 8/30 with pressure washing of Building #1 and #2. The areas included are wood substrates on the exterior of your homes: siding, soffits, garage doors/frames, deck railings/spindles, skirt and support pillars.

We kindly ask that you remove items from the outside of your home deck to allow for safe an unobstructed access while washing and painting. It is not necessary to clear the contents of your deck – thanks!

Once the substrates have had time to dry, we’ll return to begin our prep and painting at Building #1. You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll update it frequently, update the tentative schedule, post photos, and share any weather delays should they come up.

Thanks and we’ll see you on Friday!
