Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Parkview Terrace. We are looking forward to being onsite!

Wednesday, September 22nd: Good morning!

The crew is wrapped up on the ceiling add on at Parkview. We’ll be completing a walk through and marking areas needing attention with blue tape in the next several days and then the crew will return to complete the touch ups – thank you!

Monday, September 20th: Greetings!

The crew will not be onsite due to the forecasted rain. They are tentative to be back tomorrow. Thank you!

Wednesday, September 15th: Good morning!

The crew is getting started on the porch ceilings today. They’ll be starting on the 2700 building and then moving to the 2690 Building. Kindly move items off of your deck as you are able – thank you!

Monday, September 13th: Greetings!

The crew is continuing their work on the 2700 Building and will be wrapping up with that today. We will then be doing a walk-through and marking areas with blue tape to complete touch-ups in the next week or so. Thank you!

Update — we’ll be making our way around the buildings again to prep and paint the deck ceiling areas. Starting first with the 2700 Building and then moving to the 2690 Building. Kindly remove items from your deck as we complete this final leg of the project. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Thursday, September 9th: Good afternoon!

The crew has completed the 2690 Building and are now working their way around the 2700 Building. They are starting along the SE corner and will work clockwise around the building.

Tuesday, September 7th: Good morning!

The crew is working around the 2690 Building – divider walls and rear walls. They are also painting the flooring and will soon start on the a/c brackets. They are anticipating to be

Friday, September 3rd: Good morning!

We’ve got a Friday Rain Day! The crew will return Tuesday to continue with prep and painting.

Thursday, September 2nd: Good afternoon!

The crew is continuing to work around the 2690 Building to prep and paint the deck stacks. They are anticipating the continue on this buildings for 6-8 more working days before moving to the 2700 Building.

Wednesday, September 1st: Greetings!

The crew is off and running at Parkview Terrace. They are beginning at the 2690 Building. They’ll work in ‘deck stacks’ to prep and cover areas before they begin painting included divider walls, ac sleeves, and back wall siding.

Monday, August 30th: Good morning!

Welcome to your project blog for this summer’s project at Parkview Terrace. We are looking forward to being onsite with you!

We’ll be getting started with pressure washing of select areas today — both the 2700 and 2690 Buildings. The completion of the deck floors will be completed last.

Tomorrow the crew will begin prep and painting the A/C unit sleeves and the divider wall and back wall siding areas. They’ll begin on the 2690 Building for this work and then move to the 2700 Building.

If you haven’t done so already for the washing, kindly move small personal items from the outside of your home or any items you would not want to get wet from the washing.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
