Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the 2023 painting project at Beachside I. We are thrilled to be back onsite at your association!

Thursday, September 7th: Good afternoon!

After working very hard, we are seeing the finish line. We are projecting to be completed with painting by Saturday, weather permitting. 

Monday, August 21st: Good morning! 

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Beachside I. We are thrilled to be back onsite in your community this year. 

We’ll be prepping and painting deck top handrails and touching up select trim throughout your community ( i.e. garage door frames, pillars, front door frames, patio door frames, etc.). This will begin on Wednesday August 23rd. We are anticipating the project to take about 3-4 weeks to complete, weather pending. 

We will begin on building #1 and follow the buildings in order from there.

We kindly ask that you exercise caution as there will be wet paint on select substrates that are commonly used by homeowners and/or their guests. Thanks!
