Monday, August 19th: Good morning!

Refreshing your exteriors!

Friday, August 16th: Greetings!

The crew has been making great progress on your project this week.  Unfortunately, due to the weather the crew will not be onsite today.  Have a great weekend!

Monday, August 12th: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite today and the bulk of painting is officially underway!  Another crew will also be onsite tomorrow to begin the carpentry.

Monday, August 5th: Greetings!

We hope everyone had a great weekend!  There has been a slight delay with the delivery of carpentry materials.  We are now expecting materials to be delivered onsite Wednesday, August 7th.  There is a possibility the crew may end up painting select areas such as doors & frames this week.  Otherwise, the bulk of the painting will start the week of August 12th.

Wednesday, July 31st: Good morning!

Happy project kick off day! The crew will be onsite today and tomorrow to pressure wash your buildings.  We anticipate Buildings 1 and 2 being pressure washed today with Buildings 3 and 4 being washed tomorrow. Please make sure you have smaller items removed from your deck and move larger items to the center of the deck to allow the crew access to the areas we are washing (and painting later on), the deck skirts and columns.

We anticipate the start of carpentry repairs on the deck skirt boards and ground level columns to begin Monday, August 5th.  The repairs are projected to take 2 – 3 days to complete.  After the carpentry repairs are completed, the crew will return to begin painting.

Homeowners can return smaller items to their decks after they have been washed.  However, once the crew returns to paint we ask that everything is removed from columns and moved away from the deck fascia boards.

Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.  We are looking forward to being onsite!

Friday, July 26th: Greetings Residents of Williams Place!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors this summer!

Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing on Wednesday, July 31st.  We kindly request that you please remove all personal items away from your deck columns & deck fascia of your unit for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.  Please also have your outside water spigot on and available for the crew to utilize.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces.  We are projecting that prep work likely will begin on or around Wednesday, August 7th.

Please be aware that weather may affect our schedule.  The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine can be found here.  We will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.

Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions!
