We hope you all had a great Labor Day Weekend! The crew is onsite continuing to work diligently on your project. Today they will be working on Buildings 13 and 14.
Monday, August 26th: Good morning!
We hope everyone had a great weekend! The crew has completed Buildings 1 – 5 so far. They will begin working on Building 6 today and will continue to work their way along the route.
Wednesday, August 21st: Greetings!
The crew has completed prepping & painting at Buildings 1 and 2. This afternoon they will begin working on Building 3.
Friday, August 16th: Good morning!
The crew has completed washing all buildings. They will return on Monday, August 19th to begin prepping & painting Building 1. Have a great weekend!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!
Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing of deck railings & posts starting at the first building in the community for the upcoming painting project starting on Wednesday, August 14th. The crew will complete the washing in numerical order. We kindly request that members move personal items 4 feet away from your deck railings so the crew can pressure wash and allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. You may return these contents to their normal place after painting of your deck.
After the surfaces have been washed (washing will take approximately 2 -3 days for the entire community), the wood will need time to dry before the crew returns to begin prepping & finishing of the decking surfaces. Also, other areas of your home will also be hand cleaned & painted; garage door frames, patio kickplates & privacy wall caps. We anticipate that prep work & painting will start at the 1st building in the community on Monday, August 19th.
The entire scope of work will take about 12 – 18 working days to complete the entire association. However, your specific unit will take much less time. Also, please be mindful that weather will likely alter our proposed finishing schedule.
