Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the 2020 Painting Project at Villas of Little Canada! We are looking forward to being onsite with you this spring!

Wednesday, April 23rd: Good morning! 

We are back at it and making our way through your association prepping and painting your entry railings. Thanks for your patience and caution when entering and exiting your units with the wet paint. They’ll be about 75% complete after today and will be wrapping up tomorrow. The last few units will have been primed and need the top coat tomorrow. Thanks!

Tuesday, April 22nd: Greetings! 

We are off and running at your association with prep work of the included entry railings. They’ll be hand cleaning, sanding, priming and then applying the top coat. Today will include cleaning sanding included railing areas.

Monday, April 20th: Good morning! 

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Villas of Little Canada. 

For this spring’s project we’ll be prepping, sanding, priming, and applying a top coat to your metal entry railings. This will take place on the 101, 103, 105, 107, 201, 203, 205, and 207 Units. 

We are anticipating this project to take 3-5 working days to complete, weather permitting. You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll provide frequent updates, photos of the progress, and alert you of any delays should they come up. 

We’d like to make a note of the products we are using for the primer and topcoat have a long cure time, this means that the railings will remain wet for up to 8 hours. Please be mindful as you are using your entries of the freshly primed/and or painted areas. Thanks is advance for your cooperation.
