Thursday, August 8th: Good afternoon!

The door painting is underway at Harvest Hill – Phase II. Thank you to everyone who has opened their door to be painted or scheduled a time for painting. It makes the crew much more efficient when there are appointments and when residents are home and open their doors!

There is still time to sign up if you’d like the crew to paint your door at a specific time.

Think the crew is up for blaring ‘The Doors’ while we spruce up your entries?!

Wednesday, August 7th: Greetings!

We hope you all had a great time if you participated in your neighborhood National Night Out!

Tuesday, August 6th: Good afternoon!

Today is National Night Out and your neighborhood surely has something planned — be it a potluck, bbq, bounce house for the kiddies, ice cream social, the possibilities are endless really! National Night Out was started as an annual campaign to foster community building and promote police-community partnerships. Often local police or firefighters stop and visit or even give safety demonstrations. We hope you all have a great night connecting with neighbors!

The crew is continuing to prep and paint the trim areas and then they’ll begin painting the shutters tomorrow.

Tuesday, July 30th: Greetings!

We are less than a month away from the Great Minnesota Get- Together and a list of 53 new drink options has been released. We all know that that fair may be know for all of the foodie options, mostly fried and many on a stick of course! Yet, it seems we’re becoming creative with beers, spritzers, seltzers, meads, mimosas, etc etc many of which have clever names- case in point the ‘Berry Manilow’ which is a lightly hoppy beer brewed with homemade lemonade and pureed raspberries from Utepils Brewing. Check it out here!

The crew is continuing to prep and paint shutters in Phase I and also prep and paint the trim areas of Phase II— just to note, we’ll be painting doors in Phase I starting on Thursday, 8/1- thank you!

Friday, July 19th: Hello and TGIF!

Inspired by this ‘Fire-y’ hot weather we’re having, we wanted to share Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show video of the Avengers: Endgame cast singing ‘We Didn’t Start the Fire’ — now stay cool out there!

The crew is prepping and painting at Building #4 currently and they anticipate to complete about 3 Buildings/day. Thanks!

One of the entry pillars is caulked and prepped.

Thursday, July 18th: Greetings!

The crew is off and running and starting to prep and paint on the first 2 buildings — 5005 and 5015. We’ll post photos as we get them from the crew, thanks!

Tuesday, July 16th: Good afternoon!

We are ready to rock! The crew will be arriving onsite on Thursday, 7/18 to begin their prep and painting of select trim- front door frames, entry pillars, patio door kickplates, gas meters, shutters, etc. on the 95 units in your association. We’ve posted a map above designating the route the crew will follow to complete the painting.

Near the end of the project, we’ll be posting notices regarding the door painting portion of the project which will require participation from homeowners to paint the door in the open position. We’ll set specific dates and times (TBD at this point) for you to schedule a specific time for you to be home to open your door. A table with availability will be posted here on the blog for you to reference while scheduling.  Once painted we ask that the door remains open for 2 hours to allow sufficient dry time.

You can continue to monitor project progress here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updates, project photos, and alert you of any weather delays should they come up.

Thank you again for having us and we’re looking forward to being on site over the next few weeks to spruce up your property!
