Thursday, July 29th: Greetings!

The crew is back onsite today after yesterday’s rain delay. They have begun prepping Building 5, covering the surfaces that will not be painted.

Wednesday, July 28th: Good morning!

The crew will not be onsite today due to the rain. They will return when the surfaces have had time to dry so they can continue working on your project. Have a great rest of your day!

Monday, July 26th: Good afternoon! 

The crew is working on prep and painting at Building #4. They are also pressure washing buildings 6, 7, and 8.

Friday, July 23rd: Greetings!

The crew is onsite and making great progress on your project. They are removing the plastic from Building 2 and prepping/painting at Building 3. The crew will return on Monday, 7/26 to pressure wash Buildings 6, 7, & 8 and to begin prepping Building 4.

We have our ladder up to remove the plastic from Building 2.

Wednesday, July 21st: Good morning!

The crew is onsite and they have started prepping Building 3. They are working on covering various areas to protect them from being painted. The crew will be working on this prep work for the rest of the day.

Tuesday, July 20th: Greetings!

The crew is working diligently on your project this afternoon. They are continuing to make progress in prepping and painting Building 2. Tomorrow they will start prepping Building 3 in the late morning/early afternoon.

Friday, July 16th: Good afternoon!

The crew is picking right up from where they left off yesterday. They are working on prepping Building 2 to get ready to paint. Buildings 3, 4, and 5 are being pressure washed today, and Building 3 will start being prepped next week.

Thursday, July 15th: Good morning!

The crew is back onsite this morning after yesterday’s rain delay. They are currently working on trim painting at Building 1. After lunch, they will return to start prepping at Building 2.

Tomorrow the crew will be onsite pressure washing Buildings 3, 4, and 5. They are projecting to start prepping and painting at Building 3 on Monday, 7/19.

The crew will not be onsite today due to the rain. They should be back to continue working on your project tomorrow or Friday, weather permitting. 

Tuesday, July 13th: Good afternoon!

We are back onsite and picking up right where we left off at Building 1. The crew is working hard and making great progress so far at Nicols Ridge. They will return tomorrow to start prepping and painting Building 2.

The crew is continuing their diligent work on your project. They are prepping and painting at Building 1 again today.

The crew is continuing to prep and paint their way around Building #1. They are projecting to begin prep work on #2 on Monday, 7/12. Have a great weekend!

We are waiting for the final color approval for your project. There is currently a paint shortage that we are experiencing right now. So we need to make sure that we have enough materials to complete your project before we are able to start.

The crew is off and running at Nicols Ridge Summit this morning and the pressure washer is ready to roll! They have started washing Building 1 and will also wash Building 2 today. The crew will return on Tuesday, 6/29 to start prepping and painting Building 1.

Monday, June 21st: Good afternoon residents of Nicols Ridge Summit!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are excited to be onsite with you this year!

We have a crew that will be kicking off on Friday, 6/25 with pressure washing, which will likely take several days for the crew to complete.

We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.

After the surfaces have had time to dry the crew will return to begin their prep and painting on Building 1. We are projecting this prep/painting to begin on Tuesday, 6/29.

We are projecting that this project will take 4-6 weeks to complete. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
