2016 Exterior Painting Project

The entry pillars are among the items designated for completion in 2016. Caulking the seams here, and elsewhere is critical in ensuring coating longevity.

The garage door frames, decorative trim and brackets are also among the items being completed.

Coating failure is relatively prominent around the window trim on select building styles. Scraping, priming, and painting will do wonders for these areas.
