It’s a beautiful day and the crew is happily back onsite in the sunshine! They’re starting at Building #2 and 3 today and they are anticipating to complete through Building #4. We will be onsite tomorrow so please be mindful of the crew and 1) please clear your deck contents and 2) kindly refrain from parking under your garages as you are tracking us nearing your deck for completion. It seems they are completing about 2 buildings/day. Thank you and have a great weekend!

Monday, June 17th: Hello and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Gables at Victor Gardens in Hugo. We are looking forward to being onsite with you!

Our crew was set to begin this week, but our supplier for water trailers, we’ll be pressure washing the designated decking in advance of prepping and painting, has a delay. The group ahead of us for rentals has exteneded their rental.

We’re hopeful to begin mid-late week with pressure washing the included porches, including pillars, fencing, and skirt boards as well as the balcony floors including skirts, posts and railings/hand railing, and finally the staricases including stairs, skirt, enclosure fencing, and wood railing where applicable.

Thanks so much for your patience as we get everything squared away! We’ll be posted a route map shortly as we designate a starting and finishing point for the project.

See you soon!
