Monday, October 28th: Good afternoon!

The crew has officially completed all aspects of your project!  It has been a pleasure working with and for you and we hope you enjoy your newly refreshed exteriors.

Wednesday, October 16th: Greetings!

The crew has wrapped things up with your project.  There will be a final walk through next Wednesday, 10/23 to mark any areas needing touch ups.

Monday, October 14th: Good morning!

The crew has completed all of the drops on the North elevation.  They are continuing to work on the roof and will be wrapping that up this week.

Monday, October 7th: Greetings!

We hope everyone had a great weekend!  The crew is continuing to work diligently on the North elevation.

Thursday, October 3rd: Good afternoon!

Closing in on the final days of the project!  The crew is continuing to work on the North elevation drops.

Tuesday, October 1st: Greetings!

The crew is working away on the North elevation.  They are currently priming Drop #6 and #7.  Drop #8 has been prepped and a final inspection on Drop #5 will be today. Workers have begun to pull caulking today as well. It is anticipated that we should be done with the project by next Wednesday or Thursday. 

Thursday, September 26th: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite and has been working diligently on your project this week.  They are continuing to work on all drops on the North elevation. 

Saturday, September 21st: Greetings!

Yesterday the crew started working on Drop # 8.  They are currently working on all drops on the North elevation.  Have a great weekend!

Wednesday, September 18th: Good afternoon!

The crew has made their way around to the North elevation of your building.  They are currently working on Drop # 5 and Drop # 6.

Thursday, September 12th: Good morning!

Today the crew is working on putting the first coat on Drop # 4 as well as prepping to put the sealant on Drop # 2.  Due to a delay with the lift, Drop # 5 & Drop # 6 will not be started until Monday, September 16th.

Monday, September 9th: Greetings!

The crew is onsite, continuing to make great progress on your project.  Drop # 1 is complete, Drop # 2 will have a final inspection today, Drop # 3 has the top coats being completed, and Drop # 4 is in the process of being prepped.

Tuesday, September 3rd: Good afternoon!

We hope everyone had a relaxing Labor Day Weekend!  The crew is back onsite continuing to work diligently on your project.  Today they are working on Drop # 2 and # 3.

The crew is onsite continuing to prep & paint the included surfaces.  They are currently working on the roof railings.

The crew is back onsite and painting away after last week’s rain delays.  They are continuing to paint Drop # 1.

Unfortunately the weather is still not working in our favor today.  The crew will not be returning onsite today.

Due to the current weather the crew will not be onsite today.  Weather permitting, they will return tomorrow to continue working on your project.

The crew is onsite and has been working diligently on your project.  The painting of Drop # 1 is looking great so far!

The crew is continuing to work on prepping Drop # 1.  They will continue to work on this drop for the remainder of this week.

Happy project kick off day!  The crew is onsite and your project is officially underway.  The crew is working on prepping Drop # 1 today.

Due to the weather this morning, the crew will not be onsite today.  They will be out tomorrow to begin your project!

Monday, July 22nd: Welcome to your project blog! 

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project.  We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!  The crew will be prepping and painting the previously painted metal railings, canopy sides & support cables, balcony railings, skirts & I-beam framing, the rooftop pergola structure and rooftop railings.

Please be advised our crew will begin prep work on the ground level areas starting Monday, August 5th.  After the ground work is complete, the crew will move on to the drop stacks.  They will follow the route and schedule posted above.  The schedule is subject to change depending on the weather and we will update it as things change.

Working in parallel with the engineering team at Encompass, our workforce will collaborate to complete this project.   Throughout the project, periodic inspections will be conducted to guarantee that the expectations, preparations, and coating application are in accordance with specifications.  This may result in a production delay in the current drop, and crew members are advised to relocate to the forthcoming  drop in order to continue progressing on the project.  

Additionally, it is important to acknowledge that the weather will likely affect our completion schedule.  Crew members may not be present on site until the inclement weather has passed if rain and/or significant wind are anticipated during the day. 

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.  You can expect the blog to be updated every few days with progress that has been made or any updates to the schedule.
