Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Waycliffe 1 in Wayzata. We are thrilled to be back onsite this year to spruce up your exteriors.

Tuesday, June 27th: Good morning!

Our time working together has come to an end as your project is now complete. We have had a fantastic experience working together and hope to see each other in the future. Have an amazing summer!

Thursday, June 22nd: Good afternoon!

Our work has been completed! We will be marking spots with tape that need touch ups, please do not remove this tape so we can ensure the best end result for your project. We are hoping to complete touch ups as soon as we can. We loved working with you!

Monday, June 19th: Good morning!

Our crew has wrapped up the work on your Buildings! You will continue to see our crew out on your property as we complete some miscellaneous work. Have a great week!

Wednesday, June 14th: Greetings!

Our crew has returned in hopes of finishing Buildings 3 and 4 today. We still have miscellaneous touch ups and work around the property that we will be back to take care of.

Tuesday, June 13th: Good afternoon!

Our crew has returned to continue the work on Buildings 3 and 4. We have high hopes that we will be marking areas for final touchups by the end of this week, weather permitting of course.

Monday, June 12th: Good morning!

Our crew has returned onsite today to work on prepping and painting Buildings 3 and 4. We will also be working on the miscellaneous deck work out there as well.

Friday, June 9th: Happy Friday!

The crew is onsite and sticking to schedule. They are finishing up with Buildings 1 and 2 today, aside from the miscellanous deck work that still needs to be completed. They will return on Monday to begin on Buildings 3 and 4.

Thursday, June 8th: Good afternoon!

The crew will be wrapping up with Buildings 1 and 2 tomorrow, outside of some miscellanous deck work. On Monday, June 12th the crew will begin prepping and painting Buildings 3 and 4.

Wednesday, June 7th: Greetings!

The crew is hard at work on Building 1 today. They are continuing to prep and paint here.

Tuesday, June 6th: Good morning!

The crew will be onsite today working on pressure washing Buildings 3 and 4. Once these buildings have had enough time to dry we will return to prep and paint.

Monday, June 5th: Good Afternoon!

The crew is onsite today prepping and painting at the first two buildings. They will continue working on those throughout this week. The crew will begin pressure washing the third and fourth buildings tomorrow and prep work for those will start on Monday, June 12th.

Tuesday, May 30th: Good morning!

We hope everyone had a good Memorial weekend! Unfortunately due to the rain our crew will not be able to start today, please stay prepared for when we are able to make it out there so we can get your project started. This means removing personal items and small objects from your deck. We hope to see you soon, weather permitting of course. Have a great day!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting at Waycliffe 1 in Wayzata. We are looking forward to working with and for you over the next few weeks!

We are tentatively set to start pressure washing select buildings on Tuesday, May 30th. We kindly ask that you please remove all personal items from your deck for the pressure washing and small items from outside your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to your deck.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing the included surfaces. We anticipate that prep and painting start date to be — TBD. With the weather being the biggest factor in our schedule, we can’t commit to a start date for prep/painting.

We will soon post a tentative finishing schedule with dates for pressure washing and prep/painting in regards to each building.

We will be monitoring the weather and also updating the blog frequently throughout your project for progress, project photos, and any weather delays.
