Greetings and welcome to your project portal for the upcoming painting project at Trailhead at Jeffers Pond HOA in Prior Lake. We are thrilled to be back onsite this summer!

Tuesday, June 28th: Good afternoon!

The touch ups have been performed and your project is officially complete. It has been our pleasure being on site this summer and working for & with you. Thank you again for having us & we hope you enjoy the newly refreshed exteriors!

Monday, June 20th: Greetings!

The crew essentially wrapped things up on Saturday, 6/18 and now it’s just a matter of coordinating schedules so your project supervisor, Jesse, can come out and mark areas in need of touch up with blue tape. We kindly ask that after the blue tape pieces are put up that residents leave them where they are as they direct the team members to fix accordingly.

Friday, June 17th: Good morning!

The rain has finally stopped and we are onsite! The crew is working on prepping and painting today. They should be wrapping up the work on your project by the end of the day tomorrow. Have a great weekend!

Ladders are up and prepping is underway.

Prep work is complete for this area so the painting has begun!

Wednesday, June 15th: Good afternoon!

Unfortunately we have another rain delay today after being back onsite yesterday. The crew will hopefully return tomorrow to continue working on your project as long as the substrates have had adequate time to dry. Thank you for your patience this week as we are working around the weather!

Monday, June 13th: Greetings!

The crew will not be onsite today due to the rain. They will return to begin the prep and painting once the substrates have had time to dry.

Friday, June 10th: Good morning!

The pressure washer is ready to roll and the crew is off and running onsite! They will be pressure washing today and will be back on Monday, 6/13 to start the prep and painting work. Have a great weekend!

Thursday, June 9th: Greetings Residents of Trailhead at Jeffers Pond!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors.

We are back this summer for Phase #2 of your project. The crew will be kicking off tomorrow, Friday 6/10, with pressure washing. Please remove any personal belongings from the outside of your home to allow for safe & unobstructed access to these areas for washing.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to start prepping and painting the exterior of your building. This will begin on Monday, June 13th.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
