Thursday, April 22nd: Good afternoon!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting at Waycliffe 1 in Wayzata. We are looking forward to working with and for you over the next few weeks!

We are tentatively set to start pressure washing select buildings on Thursday, April 29th. We kindly ask that you please remove all personal items from your deck for the pressure washing and small items from outside your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to your deck.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing the included surfaces. We anticipate that prep and painting start date to be — TBD. With the weather being the biggest factor in our schedule, we can’t commit to a start date for prep/painting.

We will soon post a tentative finishing schedule with dates for pressure washing and prep/painting in regards to each building.

We will be monitoring the weather and also updating the blog frequently throughout your project for progress, project photos, and any weather delays.

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog and please reach out if you have any questions.

We’re looking forward to getting started next week! Have a great weekend!
