Friday, May 29th: Greetings and welcome to your project blog!
This spring’s project entails the prep and staining of the decking on 93 of your units. You may have received a sign on your garage door frame relaying information regarding our start date for pressure washing. We’ll begin by washing and cleaning your deck surfaces to allow for proper stain adhesion and this will begin on Monday, June 1st. We are anticipating about 3 days to make our way through all of the decks. We will follow the route posted above for washing as well as staining. As for timing on the staining, we are tentatively set to begin staining at the beginning of the route on Thursday, June 4th and will continue for six days. This will be weather permitting as we’ll need dry deck boards before we apply the stain.
We will be posting a route map as well so you can know when to anticipate us at your deck and when it will be complete so you can return your items to your deck and start enjoying this summer weather!
We appreciate in advance your cooperation to move items off your decks to provide unobstructed access to our crews – thank you!
You can continue to follow the project’s progress here on the blog as we’ll post daily updates regarding the schedule, progress made, share photos, and have some fun as well!
