Echo Bay HOA – Tonka Bay
Project Completed
Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Echo Bay in Tonka Bay. We are thrilled to be back onsite this summer.
Wednesday, June 15th: Greetings!
The crew has mostly completed the work out at Echo Bay. The next step is to have your project supervisor come onsite and inspect the work and mark touchups as needed. These will be marked with blue tape so we kindly ask that if you see a piece of blue tape later this week/next week, please leave it where it’s at as it helps direct the painters to the areas in need of additional work!
Monday, June 13th: Good morning!
The crew will not be onsite today due to the rain. They will return when the substrates have had time to dry.
Friday, June 10th: Greetings!
The crew is continuing to work their way around Echo Bay. They have made their way to Building 350 to begin the prep work. Have a great weekend!
Wednesday, June 8th: Good morning!
We have made it to the middle of the week. Only two more days until the weekend! The crew is onsite and working diligently on your project. They are starting the prep and painting work on your buildings.
Tuesday, May 31st: Good afternoon!
We hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend. The crew is onsite and your project is officially underway! Please watch this video from Nick, your job coordinator, for more information on the project.
Friday, May 27th: Greetings Residents of Echo Bay!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to sprucing up your exteriors.
Our crew will begin pressure washing your buildings & select decking substrates on Tuesday, May 31st & Wednesday, June 1st.
We kindly request that you please remove all small personal items from your deck for the pressure washing and small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to your deck.
Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing the included surfaces. We are currently projecting that prep work may start on the first building as early as Monday, June 6th.
We anticipate that the entire project will take about 12-14 work days to complete each building. However, your individual unit will take less time. Weather will likely impact this overall schedule. The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine can be found here.
Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.
We are looking forward to getting started next week!
