Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Bridges at Arbor Lakes in Maple Grove. We are thrilled to be onsite this summer!

Thursday, September 7th: Good afternoon!

We are hoping weather is on our side tomorrow so that we can get out there to begin painting and carpentry repairs. 

Tuesday, August 22nd: Greetings!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!

We are planning to begin pressure washing the north elevation (garage side) lap siding, vertical fascia and privacy divider walls only on Monday, 8/28 on buildings #1 & #2 listed on the map above. We kindly request that you please remove all small personal items from the exterior of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to their normal place.

We ask that homeowners please have their outside water spigots on and available for the crew to utilize.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces. We anticipate that prep work will start on Building 1 in our proposed sequence on Thursday 8/31. This project will take about 8/10 working days (weather permitting) to complete. 

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
