Steepleview Place – Woodbury

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Steepleview Place. We are thrilled to be working with and for you this summer!

Monday, July 14:

The crew was back onsite on Monday to work on the deck staining. We’ve been lucky to have dry weather this week which hopefully allows us to wrap up the project within the 2-4 days we projected. We will update the blog if the deck staining won’t wrap up this week as planned. The crew was able to make it to through Building Group 1-10.

Tuesday, July 8th:

This morning the crew started off at building section #8. However, yesterday, the planned sequence was not followed exactly as requested by the Production team and so residents may have not had as much time to remove items. We’re so sorry for any surprises and the intention is to continue today on the path as planned and to complete pressure washing all of the buildings by the end of today.

Monday, July 7th:

Hello all and happy post Fourth of July weekend. The crew is kicking off today and pressure washing beginning at building group 1. Cooler temperatures this week make the work a lot easier and we hope you are enjoying the start of the weather this week!

We will check-in tomorrow to let you know what you can expect for the completion date for pressure washing; at this time we have planned for it to complete this week!

Wednesday, July 2nd:

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!

Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing of the deck floors starting at the first building in the community in preparation for the upcoming staining project starting on: Monday, July 7th

The crew will complete the washing in numerical order. We kindly request that members remove most personal items from your deck so the crew can pressure wash and allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. You may return contents to your deck after the washing until your deck is scheduled to be stained. After the surfaces have been washed (washing will take approximately 2 – 4 days for all decks in the entire community), the wood will need time to dry before the crew returns to begin prepping and staining of the deck floors. We anticipate that prep work & staining will start at the 1st building the community on: Monday, July 14th.

The entire scope of work will take about 10 – 14 working days to complete the entire association. (However, your specific unit will take much less time). Also, please be mindful that weather will likely alter our proposed finishing schedule.
